I can't say that I am familiar with electric razors, so I may not be the best judge of the product. What I will say is that the product is working so far, but I don't have much hair, so it's hard for me to tell if I'm getting a really close shave or not. All of the heads have worked. It's comfortable to hold and lightweight. One thing I don't like is that they give you plastic caps for certain heads, but they don't stay on at all. Like most electric rechargeable products these days, it does not include a power adapter, only the charging cord. I wish it came with some sort of bag or box to contain all the parts. The light turns blue when you plug it in to charge, however it remains blue as long as it's plugged in, so there's no telling when it's done charging. I'm giving it what I would call an average rating, because even though I'm not super familiar with these, I'm betting that higher end versions of this have better features. This seems to be a pretty budget model, which is fine for me since I won't even use it much.UPDATE: I used the face razor on my face for my peach fuzz and then I sprayed a hair identifier on my face after to see how close of a shave I got. Not very. This left at least 1/16" of hair on my face.
