Also thetop tray had nothing to hold it in place! I tore the box up thinking that it would work. sSo I could not return it, now I am stuck with something that does not work!This is an easy to assemble item (once you realize that some of the parts are already assembled, not missing!) It's pretty sturdy but some of the pieces needed a little tool work to make fit properly. It looks nice and has loads of space but only holds a bit over 2 pounds so maybe not everything you want to put on it. Still, if it is rust resistant as it claims, I'd buy it again.
