When I received this product, it was packaged very nicely and it had everything that it was supposed to be included in the box.Upon taking it out of the packaging box, the trimmer powered on with ease. I used the rotating trimming piece and as I began to shave, I noticed that it has a very quiet sound to it and the trimming piece was very smooth while shaving my facial hair. One thing you should keep in mind is that trimming your face dry is not a smooth experience. You might want to splash a little water on your face before using it. Not really of fan of the other trimming piece though. The blades feel too short and could be made a bit longer for shaving shaving more lengthy facial hair.Other than that, this a great product.The shaver does get close to the skin. It doesn't get every hair and you need to go over the areas multiple times to get everything. Overall, pleasantly surprised for the price. Great beginner shaver. I would recommend something better if you want a quick clean shave.My elderly husband has issues with vision and eye/hand coordination. He and I love this shaver which gives him a good shave and is safe and easy for him to clean.Easy to use, great charge and works great on thick scruff…This shaver provides a close and comfortable shave. It’s 360 degree movement Eli’s particularly effective to shave under the chin. It is very easy to clean and all the desired features, including travel lock, fast charging, and charge indicator.
