I like keeping my toothbrush away from my toilet (because who wants poop air near it?). This cup holds my toothbrush and tongue scraper perfectly inside my isolated shower so now I don’t need to keep them in my room. It dries quickly so I have no fear of water pooling and molding the inside.Needs felt or rubber on the bottom of the holder so that you don't scratch the surface.Holds 2 toothbrushes.Silly me assumed I could also put the toothpaste in this toothbrush holder, but as you can see the opening is way too narrow. That’s why I only gave it 4 stars. Apart from that it’s a really nice holder.We just did a major remodel of our master bath. This fits in perfectly with the new granite and style. Easy to clean-although it dries quickly so NO moldy goo ends up in the bottom!Unfortunately, I didn't like this item because it was too skinny to hold toothpaste and toothbrushes.
